President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has welcomed more investment opportunities in Liberia as a means of strengthening the economy of Liberia.
She said: “The service is good and will be needed in countries such as ours, as we seek more partnerships to improve the lives of the people.”
According to an Executive Mansion release, the president made the remarks when she received in audience the Director of Pathway International, Gathoni F. Mungai, and Chief Executive Officer, Simon Karo of Pathway International at her Foreign Ministry office on Tuesday, November 22, 2016
She assured Director Gathoni F. Mungai and CEO Simon Karo that Liberia welcomes such initiatives especially when it has to do with saving lives.
The Liberian leader however, informed Madam Mungai and Karo that the relevant Ministry and Agency will be informed and appropriate arrangement will be made for them to meet with Liberia’s health authorities.
For her part, Director Mungai thanked President Sirleaf for the audience and said Pathway International works hand in hand with doctors and does a remarkable job of connecting patients to excellent doctors.
She emphasized that Pathway International works with several hospitals, diagnostic clinics, pharmacies, labs, consultancy services, and other health providers.
She pointed out that Pathway International offers the following services, which include but not limited to access to world class health-care doctor and facilities, travel arrangements including air ticketing, accommodations and transfers, visa processing, medical attendant services (nurses and/ or doctors) among others.
